Influenced by Daft Punk's homework album and the actual club scene in Belgium, Benoît started dj'ing in 1996. He took some time to practice on his skills but winning a local DJ-contest in 1998 made him resident at a club named 'Arena' where he played weekly marathon sets from midnight till 8 in the morning. On these nights he learned how to play the right music at the right time, from warm and happy to deep and futuristic... house music offcourse. After a few months the club closed his doors but Benoît continued attending different DJ-contests with succes. Then in 2002 there was the first annual Earth talent competition. Just for fun he sent a mixtape called 'how I should warm up a clubnight'. By winning this contest he had the possibility to warm up for Per and Chris Fortier at the Milkyway in Amsterdam (a night he was dreaming of). From that moment he quickly became a well known DJ in the Belgian and Dutch progressive scene, cruisin between Brussels and Amsterdam playing in clubs like Milkyway, Paradiso, Silo, Café D'Anvers and so on. The unique thing about Benoît is that he doesn't limit himself to one genre, but takes all the best from house, electro, minimal and techno music and mashes it up into one progressive content. The way he describes his style is 'Allround underground house music'. At this moment his main occupation is his weekly radio show on FM Brussel.

Steve ChilleM has been around for quite some time on the Belgian Music Scene. When other kids where still playing with there dolls, little Steve already started buying records at the age of 6 with his mum. As a 17 year old he played at parties as "Active Zone" , "Powerslave" and the infamous "Raving Zone" . Not much later he earned his first residences at The Gallery's, The Blue Sky and Oxygene. But his big dream came true when , after winning a DJ-Contest , he pulled off a residency at the legendary club Extreme , where lots of folks still remember him as "Dj Steve". More recently you may have seen him in clubs as "Boccaccio Beach" , "Le Dôme" , parties at "Hangar I" or "Decadance". Having played alongside Dj's as James Zabiela, Austin Leeds , Pole Folder , CP , Phi Phi , Marko , Peter Novak , Cosmo, Franky Jones, Mr Sam , Zzino , 100% Isis , Trish , Yves Deruyter , Franky Kloek and many more ... You can be positive this guy knows what he is doing when he is behind the decks !!!
Cosmo was born in 1972, he bought his first turntables on the age of 15 playing some metal and popmusic. At the age of 16 Cosmo joined the clubscene every sunday and monday in Bocaccio,Balmoral,Extreme and Carat, a whole new world opened for him inspired by dj’s such as Phi Phi(still his favorit national dj), John Digweed, Sasha, Danny Howells, Nick Warren,etc(international favorit dj’s).In the year of 1998 Cosmo was the winner of the dj-contest in afterclub Carat when he became a resident dj in that club, later on he became resident dj in club’s such as Extreme "on monday’s" (with Phi Phi, Marko from Larocca and Peter Novak), The Groove (with Franky Jones), Eclips (with Yves De Ruyter, Tofke, Zolex, Franky Kloeck), Montini (Crazy Zunday’s), Catacombes (Diskotek). In the past year’s Cosmo was asked for deejaying in Spain, France, The Netherlands and in every famous club in Belgium with deejay’s such as Sister Bliss, Danny Howells, Pole Folder,etc... Cosmo became a father, his girlfriend Angelique give birth to a son named Noah!!! The style of Cosmo’s music is a mix of Progressive House, Tech House, Minimal House, Micro House & Dub Techno.
PHI PHI (For the first time in the main room!!!) 04u - 07u
Altough Phi-Phi was born in France (30 October 1963) he made his career in Belgium. His DJ career really began in 1985. Since then, he played together with DJ's like Paul van Dyk, John Digweed, Danny Howells, Anthony Pappa, Sasha, CP, Cass and many more. Together with his studio partner Philippe Van Mullem he made some timeless tracks like "Honey C," "Stop The Disease," "UNA - Emotion," "Can You Hear Me," "Quadran,” & “Innertales"." Definitly one of the lonely dj's who can play and produce the vanished old Belgian trance style. Phi-Phi is a master in mixing and can make unbelievable storyboards. A unmatched trackselection, and an unique choice in records makes him the only one who can show trance haters where their opinion is wrong. Known allover Belgium for his "Phi-Phi Legendary Monday's" at Extreme (Affligem, Brussels). Many Extreme-clubbers only went to the club on Monday because of this high skilled artist. DJ Career residencies: At The Villa, Fuse, Boccaccio, Oxygene, Tour & Taxi, Cirao, Extreme, Pulp, Barocca. Present days you can hear DJ Phi-Phi as guest DJ in several Belgium and French clubs such as Pulse Factory, La Rocca, Happy Jack, Platinium, Cherry Moon, La Bush, Rangoon, H2O,...
JENS HOLMES (resident) 07u - end
Jens Holmes grew up in Ghent. At the age of ten, he was already breakdancing his ass off. Thanks to this breakdancing, he became interested in elektronik dance and sound. Collecting records became a second nature, with the result that his current collection and musical knowledge would make people turn green with envy. Early influences came from hip-hop, electro, new beat, disco and pop music to rock and classical dance stuff. One day he saw a video clip of Grandmaster Flash scratching and this image woke the DJ in Jens.
Beginning of the 90's, "his interest in house music was awakened by his older brother. He brought home tapes from Boccaccio, Cherrymoon and La Rocca, his regular party-places. Too young to go to these places, Jens had to satisfy his curiosity for music with the tapes. This gave his interest for music a big extra boost.
A decent pair of turntables was way out of the young Jenss budget, so he started tinkering at two old stereos. He knew a pitch was a necessity for a DJ, so he turned to a Lego Technics remote control-box for help and made his own. Thanks to himself and Lego, he was able to start mixing. The first mix tapes were produced for friends and family. By the time he was 16, he gave up on Lego and bought a mixer and two better turntables, and then finally at the age of 17, the purchase of two SL 1200s followed.
He started playing at smaller bars in and around Ghent(e.g Soul Sol, Mowgli) until one day, he won a dj contest(Lodeo, Stu Bru, Het Volk). This first place and the Teknoville and Tess parties Studio Brussel threw, got him a residency at Club Decadance in Ghent.
Besides his residency at the Club Decadance, he also plays or has played as guest dj in most clubs in Belgium e.g. Café D'Anvers, Culture Club, Cherry Moon, Club 69 now Suite 16, Pacha and events such as : Free Vibes, Push IT, Knoxville, Body 2 Body, Beats Of Love, Xbeach, .... Since April 2004 Jens Holmes is a monthly resident in France. He played in Lyon @La Chapelle and got to meet Fred K with whom he recently started playing gigs with at Club La Maizon, Folies Pigalles, Le Tryptique aka Socila Club, OPA and Nouveau Casino in Paris. He also played/plays as a guest in Holland@De Rechter, Eindhoven , thanks to Smith Davis. Check out his agenda for further details. Next to all this deejaying Jens Holmes also writes vinyl reviews and interviews for NIGHTCODE magazine(formerly OUT SOON), the only dance music and clubbing magazine in Belgium. And if that isn't enough he also hosts and produces his own radioshow on URGENT.FM/105.3FM, every saturday from 8 pm till 4 am. In 2006 he was selected to play on the 10Days Off Festival in Ghent, Belgium. In 2007 he played on Switch, Stubru next to Beats of Love, 2008 started good as well with a release on Punk'ID records under AFTERNOONERS, Interval EP, and a new residency at the Cherrymoon Club.
If you catch him playing the turntables, you'll hear a set that is mostly house, minimal, tech, disco, funk, electro, detroit, chicago?:) orientated, flavoured with some old skool(acid) classics, always ready in his record bag. Just listen!
